Delivery Time Frames

Information Regarding Your Purchase

After dialing the main number please choose the appropriate extension. If you are connected to our voice mail system please leave a message informing us where you can be reached and we will make every effort to return your call before the end of the day.

When we receive your product we will call you to schedule your delivery. At that time we will inform you what product you will be receiving and discuss the method of payment for the delivery balance. We open and inspect each piece of wood furniture just prior to delivery. Upholstery is opened when it arrives at your home. This is done to minimize damage and make sure items are in good condition

We cannot specify an exact delivery time when scheduling your delivery. You will be contacted the day before delivery and given a two-hour time frame. Our drivers will call you before they arrive at your home. If our truck is running late we will keep you informed of our progress.

What To Expect On Delivery Day

Scheduling Your Delivery

If you'd like to check on your order you'll need your Customer Number from your sales invoice.

An estimated delivery date for each item purchased is shown on each invoice. You will be contacted regarding the status of your order by your design consultant.

Our truck needs clear access to your home. The space in which your furniture is to be placed should be clear and ready for our delivery team. Our drivers will set-up and arrange your furniture as you request. If you have been given a floor plan please have it available. Insurance regulations require that our delivery personnel wear shoes, but they will cover them while in your home. All packing materials will be removed from your home, and if you request we will remove old mattress sets to the curb. Our drivers do not hang mirrors, install or move audio or video equipment, or move existing furniture to other rooms.
